Responsibilities To assist and support the superior to manage complete project documentations and project deliveryTo coordinate all project activity and liaise vendors to ensure timely implementation of project milestones Procurement works such as in filing quotations arrangement of work permits insurance claims reportFollow up and monitor consistently on outlets opening and maintenanceTo coordinate and ensure compliance in all worksTo coordinate and execute maintenance programs on a timely basisOversee daily operational matters on other assigned duties and etcIndependently composes routine correspondencesAdded advantage for candidates exposed to restaurant fit out in shopping mall and basic CAD and drafting knowledge Oversee outlet licensing matters and keep track on new license application and renewal Requirements Possess a Diploma Degree of any disciplinePossess good communication skills both spoken and written in English Knowledge in Mandarin will be an added advantagePossess the ability to communicate with people at all levelsResult-oriented with a high degree of self-motivation positive mind the ability to work independently with minimum supervision and able to work in a team environmentAble to work under pressure and meet tight deadlinesComputer literatePossess own transportFresh graduates are encouraged to apply
