Job Description

Job Responsibilities

Sales planning and administrative work

Attending to all forms of Sales inquiries

Sales driven and providing excellent customer service

Introduce properties and guide clients through the properties purchasing process

Must have convincing power to convince clients to make decisions

Develop strong network from leads that are generated through marketing activities

Consistently be updated on all your leads and client issues

Responsible in maintaining records and reports of the properties suggested

Demonstrate and present projects to clients and agents

Maintain good business relationship with new/existing clients

Provide value-added services to clients

Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements

Preferably 1 year of Property Sales experience is preferred

Proficiency in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia (written and spoken)

Highly proficient in spoken and written Mandarin would be an added advantage as role requires to deal with mandarin speaking clients

A strong understanding of sales techniques and customer requirements

Excellent in negotiation, presentation and interpersonal skills

Service-minded, enthusiastic, self-motivated and good telephone manner required

Positive attitude and result oriented

Initiative and able to work independently

Willingness to learn

- Sales and property knowledge training will be provided
