Job Description

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Accounting/business or related qualification.

At least 2 Year(s) experience in similar capacity in purchasing OR related

Required Skill(s): possess analytical skill, must be computer literate, able to communicate with all levels of staff, can speak and write BM & English fluently.

Preferably Entry Level specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent.

Job Functions :

Assist the superior in daily purchasing operation.

Support tendering with quotations.

Review inventories and order as required based on purchase requisitions.

Monitor supplier delivery performance and maintain suppliers database information.

Ensure that all documents required for purchasing and payment are prepared in accordance with policies before execution and approval for payment.

To ensure purchasing activities are in compliance to ISO9001:2015 procedures.

Assist monthly inventory report.

To review, verify and check the details of DO & PO.

Issue purchase order to suppliers and confirm delivery date, quantity order and price are correct.

Liaise with project manager on project documentation and ensure all requisition are comply with company & accounting policies.

Handle ad-hoc Purchasing and other related activities as assigned by the Management from time to time.
