Job Description

The role of Quality Assurance Specialist is to listen to the inbound calls and follow-up outbound calls made by the Customer Retention Specialist, monitor the call performance and score the call based on the standard set by the Business Management Team to achieve 50% save rateEnsure quality monitoring is done for the calls handled by the Customer Retention Specialist based on the standard set by the Business Management TeamProvide overall feedback on the quality of interactions with customer for improvement and staff developmentProvide root cause analysis on performance against the quality indicators set in the Quality Assurance (QA) KPI scorecardProvide feedback to the Team Manager and Business Management Team for scorecard improvement, process improvement and agents improvement when necessary

At least a Degree in any disciplineA Degree in Psychology will be an added advantageFor other qualifications lower than a Degree, at least 3 years working in Quality Assurance (QA)Competent in MS Excel and WordExcellent verbal and written communication in English and MalayExcellent engagement and interpersonal skillsExperience in QA will be an added advantage
