Job Responsibility To maintain Quality Management System for the QC DepartmentTo achieve quality objective of the QC DepartmentTo act as Internal Quality Auditor as require by IQS proceduresTo manage the documentation system for the QC DepartmentTo maintain good inter department working relationship for both internal and external QCTo manage manpower review for QC Department from time to timeTo ensure Safety and Health regulation are complied with in the working areaTo manage preventive and corrective action with regards to all the feedbacks complaints for the productTo attend all the annual quality meetings organized by buyersTo manage third party QCKey Requirements Engineering background with minimum of ten years in manufacturing and production environment preferably from the furniture industryMinimum of ten years in leadership positionExcellent understanding and experience of production and ODMExcellent business English Knowledge of Vietnamese will be advantageousOutstanding analytical and problem solving abilitiesVisionaryThis is an opening for overseas posting Successful candidate will be posted to work in a developing country in SEA
