Job Description

Oversees all aspects of ZP Sabah’s total quality function Fosters close working relationships with the Management Team and respective Operational Business Department/Section Heads in communication, development, and follow through of quality assurance implementation of inbound, validation and cold chain management to support the company’s Quality Management System inclusive of Warehouse and Office

Responsibilities

• Manage Quality and Regulatory requirements in accordance to the service scope contracted with existing and future Clients in accordance to the requirements of the industry issued by the respective regulatory agencies and the Ministry of Health
• Ensures overall compliance with ISO 9001, GMP, GSP, GDP, Company and regional quality standards
• Ensures compliance with client’s quality agreements
• Monitors and communicates changes in regulatory requirements and quality standard to management that must be met to maintain compliance
• Participates in internal and external quality audits Plans, leads and executes audits on ISO9001, GMP, GDP and GSP compliance
• Responsible to track the status of audit findings and corrective actions
• Collaborates with cross functional personnel to provide root cause investigation and develop corrective actions to respond to internal and external audit findings
• Coordinate with staff of different disciplines and drives the group to plan, formulate and agree on comprehensive quality procedures
• Develops, reviews and maintains quality procedures and records to ensure compliance with existing quality regulations and best practices
• Provides training regarding ISO9001, GMP, GSP, GDP and standard operating procedures
• Facilitates analysis, creation of reports, forms and graphs for the QA department
• Ensures there is prompt and effective communication both internally and externally to keep all interested parties informed proactively This includes but not limited to superiors, subordinates, colleagues, principals and customers

Requirements
• Minimum a Bachelor Degree in Science related subjects
• Diploma holder with relevant working experience can be considered
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Quality Assurance
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Those with SAP experience and/or similar systems will have an added advantage
