Job Description

We are a BPO company, providing services to an eminent utility service provider across Malaysia We have a job opening for the position of Quality Monitoring Officerand are currently looking for a very talented, experienced and vibrant candidate to join our BPO team working at our client location

Key responsibilities
Experience incall monitoring and to provide trend data to the Call Centre management teamUnderstanding Quality Assuarancemethodologyis a Must !To compile and track performance of the team and individuals of the Call CentreTo monitor Call Centre emails and calls from customersTo provide actionable data to various internal support groups as requiredTo coordinate and facilities call calibration sessions for the Call Centre staffTo provide relevant feedback to Call Centre stakeholdersTo implement industry best practices and standards for Call Centre monitoringTo manage internal and external customer expectations with high respect and professionalismEnsure accurate and timely reporting on the Call Centre key performance indicators (KPI) to the stakeholders

Job Requirement
Candidate must possess at least Diploma / Degree in any fieldMust have Credit in Bahasa Malaysia and Pass in English and Mathematics for SPMExcellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers and business partners with highest degree of respect, humbleness, politeness, and modestLeadership and Influencing ability, strong problem-solving skills and strategic thinking with cost saving mentalityStrong knowledge of customer care processes and techniques and dedication to provide exceptional customer serviceExperience in Quality Assurance Monitoring is a mustExperience in development & implementation on Quality Assurance/Quality Management standardsFluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia is compulsoryMin 3 Year(s) of working experience in Customer Service or Call Centre environmentExperience in Avaya Call Centre Management systems or any other related systems is highly preferredExpert knowledge in MS Office application
