Job Descriptions:• Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone; answering or referring inquiries.• Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories; giving instructions.• Maintains security by following procedures; monitoring logbook; issuing visitor badges.• Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.• Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.• Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward visitors at all times.• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.• Proactively solve problems and provide timely resolution to ensure minimal impact to customer and employee satisfaction.• Identify the most appropriate course of action for problem resolution and effectively communicate plans to those impacted.• Responsible for ensuring resources are utilized efficiently and in the way that consistently promote the customer quality and satisfaction.Job Requirements:• Diploma or Bachelor s degree or equivalent• Min 2-3 years Helpdesk Experience• Professional attitude and appearance• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Excellent organizational skills• Ability to be resourceful and proactive when issues arise• Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel, and Outlook• Good time management skills• Must be customer oriented• Willing to take on extra tasks that are given• Willing to work shift (3 shifts)
