Assist in the sourcing and initial screening/shortlisting of potential candidates for all open positions via LinkedIn, Jobstreet,etcMarket research and talent mapping for different roles/positionsConduct and manage the interview process for Executive and Senior Executive levels; preferably have done Shared Services (eg Finance, HR, Corporate Services)rolesPrepare and analyse recruitment reports/statistics and make necessary recommendations to the Head of TAEffectively engage and manage working relationships with internal line managers, HR Relationship Managers and external recruitment agencies to enhance the recruitment process

Diploma/ Degree in any discipline with at least 4 years related Recruitment experienceVersatile with job portals (eg Jobstreet, LinkedIn) and ability to headhunt into targeted companiesCandidate with agency background is preferredGo-getter, able to identify potential senior Finance shared services candidates in the marketUnderstands the landscape of shared services centre and global business services in MalaysiaProficient with the Jobstreet SIVA candidate database management systemPlanning & organisation skillsCollaborative skills/team player
