Job Description

Job FunctionResponsible for the overall recruitment needs are met in accordance to the requirements given in a professional and timely manner Key ResponsibilitiesRecruitment and Resourcing and bull Execute recruiting plans according to the budgets headcount and bull Monitor manpower budget and overall headcount of the company and bull Work closely with hiring managers on manpower needs recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position and bull Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position and bull Conduct regular follow-up with hiring managers to determine the effectiveness of recruiting plans and implementation and bull Coordinate interview arrangements between hiring managers and candidates and bull Interview candidate onsite and offsite and bull Perform reference and background check for potential candidates and bull Utilize the internet for recruitment and post positions to appropriate internet sources For eg Jobstreet and bull Use Social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates For Eg LinkedIn and bull Prescreen and review applicants to evaluate if they meet the position requirements and bull Update the company website recruiting page and bull Manage the recruitment of interns and conduct exit interviews for all interns Networking and bull Create contacts and build network through industry contacts and maintain regular contact with possible future candidates and bull Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport gauge morale and source new candidate leads and bull Conduct new staff orientation for new recruits Administrative Duties and Record Keeping and bull Broadcast vacancy list to all employees in TMLM in a quarterly basis and bull Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need and maintain most updated info in the candidate database and bull Prepare salary proposal to submit for management and rsquo s approval before making offer to successful candidates and bull Prepare payment vouchers to ensure recruitment related expenses are settled within the stipulated deadline and bull Attend to All ad-hoc assignments RequirementCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree any field At least 2 years of working experience in recruitmentPreferably Executives specializing in Human ResourcesFull-Time positions available
