Job Description

Responsibilities
Responsible for entire recruitment process including delivery of quality candidatesClose the hiring gap within the stipulated turnaround timeProvide excellent customer service and follow up closely with the hiring managers and candidates to close assignments successfullyGenerate hiring report and status update as and when requiredWork with recruitment agencies to present quality candidates to hiring managersParticipate in campus recruitment, career fair to attract candidatesCoordinate, arrange and execute the on-boarding process and ensure all on-boarding process for new hires are properly carried outConduct orientation program for new employees to ensure they are properly briefed on HeB culture, systems and standard methodologies and processesAssist in training matters as and when requiredOther tasks to be assigned from time to time

Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies or related disciplineAt least 1 years working experience in the related field is required for this positionCandidates with working experience in recruitment agencies would be an added advantageProficiency in both spoken and written English is a pre-requisiteAbility to communicate effectively at all levelsAbility to solve problems proactively and work in fast paceTeam player with good interpersonal skills, mature, resourceful and independentMulti-tasking and able to meet tight deadline
