Responsibilities Responsible for entire recruitment process including delivery of quality candidates Close the hiring gap within the stipulated turnaround timeProvide excellent customer service and follow up closely with the hiring managers and candidates to close assignments successfully Generate hiring report and status update as and when required Work with recruitment agencies to present quality candidates to hiring managers Participate in campus recruitment career fair to attract candidates Coordinate arrange and execute the on-boarding process and ensure all on-boarding process for new hires are properly carried out Conduct orientation program for new employees to ensure they are properly briefed on HeB culture systems and standard methodologies and processes Assist in training matters as and when required Other tasks to be assigned from time to time Requirements Degree in Human Resource Management Business Studies or related discipline At least 1 years working experience in the related field is required for this position Candidates with working experience in recruitment agencies would be an added advantage Proficiency in both spoken and written English is a pre-requisite Ability to communicate effectively at all levels Ability to solve problems proactively and work in fast pace Team player with good interpersonal skills mature resourceful and independent Multi-tasking and able to meet tight deadline
