Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomain any field

At least 1-year proven working experience as a Talent Acquisition/Technical Recruiter

Required Skill(s)STAFFING, recruitment, talent acquisition, sourcing,TECHNICAL RECRUITER, sourcing specialist,IT RECRUITMENT, FAMILIARITY WITH JOB PORTALS

Coordinate with sales team to facilitate recruitment from defining skill needs to buildingthe talent pool and hiring

Create monthly reports on key talent acquisition metrics

Hands on experience with Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Proactively seek market intelligence to gain competitive advantage in attraction, assessment and sourcing methodologies

Suggest new ideas for improving talent acquisition activities

Research talent acquisition trends in the staffing industry

Must have experience in recruitment/staffing industry

Excellent organizational and time management skills

Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload

Creative thinker and proactive problem solver
