PurposeResponsible for the performance of the employees and is answerable for the department output.Coach, motivate and develop people play to their strengths.Seek innovation and continuous improvementJob descriptionsManage a team of recruitment specialist and ensure they meet their daily, weekly, monthly targetsSet KPIs, CN, Priorities for the department & employeesDevelop and implement recruitment strategies, tactics, funnels, and procedures.Keep track of recruiting metrics (e.g. time-to-hire and cost-per-hire)Maintain the internal candidate database (e.g. updating contact information, candidates’ geographical locations, and availability for new work).Research and recommend new sources for the recruitment of active and passive candidates.Improve the operational systems, backlog, processes, and policies in support of the outcomeSupport better reporting, information flow and management, business process and organizational planningManage and increase the effectiveness and efficiency through improvementsDrive initiatives that contribute to long-term operational excellenceSubject Matter Experts and initiate improvement activitiesTranslate dept. goals and communicate to all levelsIdentify dept. strength & weakness and fill in the gapsIdentify talent for succession planningSkill and people development; Higher retention and engagementLive and demonstrate company core valuesKey CompetenciesExcellent effective communication and listening skillsExcellent problem solving skillsAbility to build trust and manage relationshipGood goal setting and planning skillsAbility to translate company strategy into actionTime management and prioritization skillsAbility to think out of the box and seek new ways of achieving resultsAble to live up to company core values and demonstrate them from time to timeOpen to new ideas/changes and able to lead change initiatives
