Job DescriptionRecruitment & Training:Reviewing candidate Pipeline Report and filtering candidates.Coordinating tests & interviews, aligning with HR manager & function managerReceive calls from employees & candidatesManaging job portals by preparing job postings for vacancies – to be posted on P&G career website and job portals (i.e: Jobstreet, WOBB)Preparing new hire employment letter (offer letter)Initiating new hire information to be triggered in the systemPreparing & organizing recruitment tracking to be reviewed by ManagerPreparing recruitment update every weekCoordinating on-boarding for new employees by providing orientation information; reviewing company policies; gathering withholding and other payroll information; explaining and obtaining signatures for benefit programs. Prepare new hire Personnel FilePreparing welcome pack for new hireManaging off-boarding process for resigned employees.Involve in Talent event, such as career fair by processing purchases & invoices from the vendor, preparing door gift, being present and ensure smooth event on event dayAdmin support for Training Manager and Training systems, Calendar Management, travel arrangements, budgets, purchasing & invoices processing, expense report, stock training inventory & training support (logistics, catering, invites, training venue set-up, etc).Administrative Support:Organizing filing for HR needsInvolving in purchasing & invoices process for contractors by using system and track contractors’ contractsProcessing employees’ requests and provide relevant informationInvolving in organization event by facilitating event logistic, catering and ensure smooth event flowPreparing official letter needed by employee & employerBack up (ad-hoc) compensation and benefit role by doing payment to EPF, EIS, SOCSO and receiving receipts by the government bodies, together with submitting medical claims for P&G employeesScan receipts for expense reports (Concur system)Must be flexible for any other relevant tasks required by organizationJob Requirements:1 or 2 years of working experience in HR focusing on recruitmentBachelors Degree in Business Mangement / Human Resource or related fieldMust be willing to work in Mutiara DamansaraRenewable contract basis8.30am-5.30pm (Monday to Friday)
