ResponsibilitiesAssist in medical and claims audit including identification of missing data and documents as well as verification of information Communicate with healthcare providers including general practitioners health clinics and medical laboratories Provide research and data management assistance including data collection and data validation cleaning creating report exhibits and presentations as well as assisting with preparation of publications and written materials Provide background research including literature reviews Internet searches document retrieval and bibliographic citation management Monitor journals working papers financial reports surveys and other information related to the work of the organisation Administrative responsibilities include coordinate schedules and maintain calendars set up meetings and arrange travel as necessary prepare documentation for meetings and or distribution maintain electronic and paper filing system and process expense reports Provide office administrative support to enhance communication and operations to support the quality research and data analysis RequirementsA Bachelor and rsquo s degree preferably in medicine pharmacy or any health-related field Excellent written and verbal communication skills Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite of products Candidates must be willing to learn new computer skills as necessary Willingness to work creatively and collaboratively in an interdisciplinary environment Organised and self-motivated Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet demands of a fast-paced environment with changing priorities
