Teknomatrik was founded in 2012. Teknomatrik is a company specialized in the maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) business based in the Naval & Maritime town of Lumut, Perak, Malaysia. To-date, Teknomatrik have been involved in the maintenance of several naval training simulators such as Bridge Shiphandling Simulator, Ship Engine Simulator, Ship Safety and Security Training Simulator and recently the Scorpene Type Simulator and Diving Simulator. Teknomatrik's major customer is the Royal Malaysian Navy. Teknomatrik is also involved in the development of naval training simulators. In partnership with a local software development company, Teknomatrik has successfully developed the Fleetwork Trainer Training Simulator, a simulator for the training of tactical communication in the navy. At present, Teknomatrik is leading the development of a new, state of the art, Bridge Shiphandling Simulator.
