Duties:Oversee the delivery of all reports (and/or researches), in accordance with production schedule and in compliance with requirements;Ensure the ability to achieve 100% capacity in producing reports and meeting volume target(s);Ensure the quality and comprehensiveness of all reports through consistent reviewing, implementation and monitoring of appropriate strategy, methodologies and analysis protocols;Ready to be hands-on in conducting researches and producing reports;Manage re-investigation workflow, including analyzing and resolving research issues promptly and accurately;Establish and maintain good relationship with core stakeholders, i.e. Resellers and Suppliers;Prepare and present performance of the Research Team on monthly basis and other periodic reports as and when required;Recruit, train and manage Research Team members;Ensure compliance of SOP and/or BOP;Carry out any ad-hoc functions or jobs assigned by immediate superiorRequirements:Minimum of 5 years of industry/sector experience;Inquisitive and sharp mind, in which able to demonstrate aptitude for analyzing and interpreting data;Good interpersonal and communication skills;Good written skills;Proficient with Microsoft Office;Proven supervision and people management experience;Bachelor or advanced degree in Finance, Economic, or Business (-related);Previous experience of conducting researches is preferred;Experience of qualitative and quantitative research techniques and knowledge of their application is preferred
