Job Description

Answer incoming enquiries from emails and phone call from customers.Handle bookings for ground service components with oversea suppliers.Monitor and follow up on going enquiries.Prepare relevant documentation inluding confirmations, invoices, tickets, itineraries, amendmentsParticipate in travel related eventsCreate and build partner relationships with customersVisitation to customers.Provide administrative support to the department including answering phone calls and attending to customer inquiries.Provide support on booklet and brochure preparation and finalizationPreparing relevant documentation including confirmations, invoices, tickets etcEnsure that a personalized and high class level of service is provided consistently.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.Fresh graduates- 2 years experiences candidates are welcome to apply.Must be Mandarin speakers because have to communicate with Mandarin speaking customers.Required language: Mandarin & EnglishAble to meet customers at outside (not required own transport).Must be able to work at Jalan Sultan Ismail, KLFull-Time position(s) available.
Salary range: RM2,000 - RM3,000

Working hours: 9am - 6:15pm (Mon-Fri)
