Excellent seating planning and arrangement skill.
Prepare ingredients before opening hours.
Ensure the quality of food prepared in line with requirement.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations within the restaurant.
Washing utensils & dishes and make sure they are stored appropriately.
Minimize kitchen wastage.
Other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Levelin any field.
At least 1Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Fresh graduates are encourage to apply as well.
Preferably Non-Executive / Executive specialized in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
Good communication skill, friendly, outgoing, outstanding customer service, honest & trustworthy and good temper.
Able to work on weekend / holiday (if necessary).
Able to work 6 days per week.
Ability to converse fluently in Mandarin is a MUST (English & Bahasa Malaysia are added advantages).
