Supervise all outlet activities and ensure compliance to all company standards, maintain & control labor costs and prepare various reports accurately and within time frame.Maintain an optimal level of sanitary procedures for all food handling and maintain a neat and clean bar area and ensure optimal quality of all food preparation and ensure compliance to all standards.Administer performance of all service staff and schedule and evaluate all outlet operations and provide training to all employees and maintain all work according to required policies and procedures and maintain knowledge of all food and beverage trends.Prepare estimates of all food and beverage stock levels and coordinate with corporate staff and assist to purchase all required supplies and place required orders for all outlets and ensure response to all complaints.Ensure compliance to all safety & security procedures and design strategies to protect all employees and customers and design strategies to reduce injuries to staff and prepare various accident reports.Manage all shifts for outlet operations and schedule all process and maintain cleanliness at all times and assist to resolve all complaints and maintain food quality at all times and perform regular interviews with all outlet staff.Perform orientation and provide training to all new outlet staff on outlet SOP, processes and determine appropriate feedback from staff and ensure all outlet goals are achieved.Ensure all area managers report and manage outlet operation efficiently and in accordance with company policy.Assist in all outlet opening matters and to ensure all projects strictly meet deadline.Prepare all outlet operations SOP and ensure strict adherence to it.Contribute to sales plan and implement activities as instructed by the management.Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards and monitor customer service standards.Assist management in any ad hoc duties as required from time to time.
Posses at least a Diploma in Hospitality Management, F&B Management or equivalent.Minimim 3 years experience in the related field is required for this position.Required language : English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia.Able to multitask, work under pressure and work long hours when required.Possess own tranpost and willing to travel outstation.Knowledge in HACCP & Halal an added advantage.Dynamic personality with strong communication, organisation, problem solving, follow up & interpersonal skill.
