Key Objective of RoleWe have an exciting role for Rewards Lead to be based in Kuala Lumpur In this role you will have the opportunity to play an active role in supporting the development and implementation of rewards initiatives for country and regional level This position reports to the Head of HR Operations and Rewards Main responsibilities include Lead the annual pay review process including market benchmarks and analysis of budget utilization and support the HR Operations in the administration of the annual review process Lead the participation of salary and benefits surveys and support the competitive analysis and benchmarking of rewards practicesResponsible to review design and recommend rewards practices in line with the SEEK Asia and rsquo s Remuneration Strategy and Philosophy Lead the implementation of Global Mobility Framework for SEEK Asia for seamless employees and rsquo movements including providing appropriate taxation support Provide support in rewards related matters such as incentives payouts annual insurance renewal relocation service partners and administration of payroll taxation mattersProvide advisory support to HR Business Partners and business leaders on operational rewards related mattersSupport the implementation of rewards tools and communication for effective roll-out or rewards programImplement process automation solutions for Performance Management Compensation Planning and Annual Pay IncreasesSkills Experience and CompetenciesThe successful candidate will have Bachelor and rsquo s Degree in Human Resources or equivalentAt least 7 years of relevant and progressive experience in HR rewards and analytics in a consulting and corporate environment Strong work ethic and team playerStrong interpersonal verbal and written communication skillsAbility to communicate with various levels of managementAbility to work independently and cope with ambiguityCollaborative and empathetic work style with a high degree of humilityProblem-solving critical thinking and analytical skillsOrganizational multi-tasking and prioritizing skillsDesired ValuesBelieved in aiming high to deliver world-class results and yet not forgetting to care for others
