Description

Standardization of ProcessEnsure (RTR process relevant) alignment with key strategic projectsLead and support the transformation to a Process Based OrganizationAct in a consulting support role for the RTR Process Stream on regional strategic projectsEnsure realization of RTR business requirements in conjunction with related IT systemsHold lead role in representing regional business interests in IT systems functional configurationsHold lead role in managing the regional IT systems during and post deployment continuous improvement
Process Improvement
Initiate and lead and/or support standardization, optimization and harmonization projects under the leadership of the Process Excellence Team - following world class best practice recommendationsHave an end-to-end process focus that goes beyond RTR and optimizes processes across the enterpriseResponsible for visible and measurable project benefits reporting, tracking & realizationTrack and respond to available KPI measurements, and provide recommendations for improvementsIdentify and prioritize process optimization and harmonization opportunities through assessing Pain Points, and Industry or Internal Best PracticesQualify and quantify process optimization potential (focus on tangible benefits, developing ROI calculations, Business Case to justify)
Process Stewardship
Develop and lead RTR process stream governance model (e.g., meetings, reporting to key stakeholders)Ensures end-to-end RTR process catalog, as well as respective business requirements, process maps, DTPs, Risk and Control Matrixes are up-to-dateSynchronize process improvement plans with Process Manager in the value chain and other interfacing processesManage Business Leaders and Affiliate stakeholders impacted by change proposalsPromote continuous improvement culture and mindset across the businessEnable overarching best practice and lessons learned sharing across the community of process ownersHandle escalation addressed by process owners for non-adherence within processes, develop solution plan and measures and present to management for executionProfileAt least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance and Accounting or Business studies, other relevant professional qualification or postgraduate studies in Management is an added advantage.Possess 6 years' experience in management role in a SSC environment, and have strong knowledge of other relevant accounting functions.Possess understanding of relevant regional accounting practice and the regulatory environment.Candidates with knowledge in MS office tools and experience in working with ERP systems, Oracle implementation are highly encouraged to apply.Able to communicate in English, ability to speak Mandarin is an added advantageJob Offer Attractive remuneration package (RM10,000 - RM15,000 depending on experience).
