Job Description

Driving Business through luxury service and client engagementCultivate strong relationships with existing and potential clientsDeliver a true luxury Burberry shopping experience, leaving a lasting impression for every clientBe able to promote our brand and inspire our clients through sharing of brand stories and product informationUnderstand our clients, know their preferences and be able to provide styling advice and optionsTo have an effective working knowledge of Burberry’s productsProactively seek opportunity for client development for potential businessMaintain the Burberry’s Store OperationsMaintain the required retail standards within the store and back officeParticipate in the planning and completion of store stock takes and ensure accurate counting of stockAssist in Store stock deliveries and replenishmentMaintain store in accordance with the visual merchandising standards or guidelinesTo be aware and follow all company procedures in regards to loss preventionTo understand and comply with occupational Health and Safety proceduresTo understand and effectively follow all point of sale procedures including GST refunds, till procedures, returns, credit notes and exchangesTo understand and complete the paperwork related to stock movement and ordering

Job Specifications

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, any fieldAt least 2 years relevant working experience for junior and 4 years for senior positionCandidates with experience in luxury retail preferredTechnical proficiency with SAP, MS Office and Apple products (eg iPad)Work Location Gardens KLFull-Time position(s) available
