Job Description

Responsibilities





Work hand-in-hand with team to introduce G Suite to customers





Work with team to identify and qualify business opportunities





Help recommend strategies, related products and platforms required to successfully implement a complete solution to get potential customers on board





Assist in answering queries and propose / recommend solutions to customers with regards to G Suite in order to make their work more productive, mobile and collaborative





Help customers and partners understand features of G Suite, develop strategies / creative ways to solve their business / technical challenges and potential roadblocks





Work hands-on with customers to demonstrate G Suite and 3rd party product integrations in customers’ environments and manage the relationship with customers





Assist the technical team in solving key technical issues for customers when required





Travel to customer sites, conferences and other related events as required





Stay up-to-date on G Suite new features and competitors’ software





Liaise with management and technical team to stay on top of industry trends





Work with management team to come up with achievable targets, key performance indicators and measures as well as performance review factors





Achieve targets set and agreed upon with the management team





Qualifications



Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent

At least 2 year(s) of working experience as a customer-facing technical sales consultant

Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Engineering/Technical/IT or equivalent



Minimum knowledge in PaaS, SaaS, collaboration tools, cloud-based emails, cloud security





Ability to quickly learn, understand and work with new / emerging technologies, methodologies and solutions in the Cloud / IT space





Ability to speak and write in English fluently





Good team player





Own transport





Willing to travel outstation
