To assist the Sales Team in daily processing of sales order.
Responsible to customers’ enquiries on company products and services in a timely and proficient manner via phone, fax and email.
Ensure sales information and documents are well maintained.
To ensure all sales related documents are properly and systematically files.
Provide sales support and closed follow up action.
Liaise with customers and sales department in administrative duties.
To execute other duties as defines by superior.
Help organize office activities.
Manage general office and administration matters such as office maintenance (air-conditional, lightings, furniture and fixtures, office equipment, network, cctv and other Company assets or vehicles) and monitor the work of external vendors like cleaning services and pest control.
Responsible for pantry items and stationeries.
Perform other adhoc admin or project-related matters such as renovation or refurbishment, office shifting, fire drill, office securities and etc. .
Handle daily accounting tast such as pretty cash, bill payment snd etc.
Support demo/ event activities.
Responsible for maintain stock control and stock counting,
To assist in preparing stock delivery.
Prepare sales report, minutes meeting report and other related report.
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level, Higher Secondary/STPM/"A" Level/Pre-U, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomain any field.
Required language(s): Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
Mandarin speaking and writting candidates are encourage to apply.
1-2 years of working experience in office administration is required.
Proficiency in the use of Microsoft office, excel will be needed.
Possess strong communication skill and excellent customer service skill.
Responsible organized and professional in handling confidential information.
Independent, trustworthy, fast-leaner, able to work within deadline, presentable and good negotiation skill.
