Liaise and coordinate between customer sales person and production department General administration support to department including preparation of quotation product information sales order delivery order and invoices Handle internal sales call and customer enquiries Handle the processing of all orders with accuracy and timelines Assist in arrangement of logistic matters Responsible for inventory management including updating of stock details stock count generation of report etc Handle ad-hoc duties from time to timeJob Requirements Candidate must possess at least Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree in Business Studies Administration Management Logistic Transportation or equivalent Required languages English Mandarin Bahasa MalaysiaAt least 2Years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Required Skills Microsoft OfficePreferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent
