Industrial Air-conditioning Sales Engineer in Malaysia

Our client a leading industrial air-conditioning manufacturer in China The company specializes in the development, manufacturing, sales and services of central air-conditioning, ventilation and refrigeration The product line covers air handling units, fan coils, heat pump, air cooled and water-cooled chillers and DC inverter multi system The company has 5 main factories in Nanjing, Tianjin, Guangzhou, Chengdu, and Kuala Lumpur, and also operates more than 70 sales and service centres domestically and internationally Our client is currently looking for talented sales representative to join its diverse team in Malaysia This is a great opportunity to be part of a leading industrial air-conditioning manufacturer, that provides talented employees with all the assistance they need to succeed

Location Nilai, Malaysia (43 mins drive from KL)

Candidate Requirements



Malaysian Citizen

A Bachelor’s degree or above in heating and ventilation field is preferred

At least 3 – 5 years of working experience as industrial aircon salesman

Be familiar with international sales process and import process

Must be fluent in both English and Mandarin

Must be willing to go on business trips

Be capable of identifying, analysing and solving issues

Have a good understanding of marketing and sales strategies

Have a good “Can do” attitude while utilising excellent communication and negotiation skills, to secure your sales target

Must be a reliable and positive individual who’s capable of maintaining a good relationship with clients



Job Duties/Responsibilities



Be responsible for expanding market in Southeast Asian countries

Identify and analyse local market, be responsible for active marketing strategies domestically

Be responsible for customers management, channel maintenance in the regional market, to improve customer’s satisfaction while exploring new sales channels

Create and enforce sales strategies in local market to achieve sales target

Be responsible for tracking orders, delivery, ensure high quality of delivery

Analyse the sales risks and take effective actions to avoid risks

Corporate with local trade show, conduct product and technical training and meeting to local clients on a regular basis

Handle customer inquiries and provide sales support

Provide regular sales report and give feedback to line manager

Other administrative work as required by line manager



Benefits



Basic Salary 4,800 MYR – 7,200 MYR every month, depends on qualification and working experience

Extra bonus, depends on sales
