Job Description

Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or Business AdministrationApplicants must be willing to work in Shah Alam2 years of relevant experience5 working days week

Job Responsibilities
Initiate, promote and develop sales opportunities for the assigned products and to achieve the desired growth in business volumePrepare sales plans and secure orders for the Company's products, solutions and services, and to achieve the sales and income target (monthly/annually) as assigned by SupervisorIdentify and establish new customers as well as new business opportunities to ensure successful market penetration and developmentEstablish good rapport with various company's organization and other suppliers (if any) and to liaise with them on customers' needsPlan and conduct technical seminars or solutions/product demonstration to prospective customers in a professional mannerConduct regular visits to customers/dealers in order to maintain good rapport as well as to solicit feedback on the effectiveness of the products, services/support and other market informationEstablish healthy customer relations and provide efficient and effective service/support so as to maintain their confidence in the reputation of the products and services offered by the companyWork out quotations for customersAttend to customers' complaints and enquiries with professionalism and integrityUpdate visits report, 20 days planner, opportunities pipeline in C4C Report customers' complaints/problems encountered on a regular basisGather market information so as to keep abreast with competitors' movementStay concious to customers' needs, market trend and new products launched by competitorsAttend project site meetings when required in order to ensure smooth handover

Job Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Engineering or Business AdministrationPossess own transportWilling to travel extensively (central region)2 years of relevant working experience in similar products, handling principal accounts
