Job Description

ResponsibilitiesGuide, monitor and motivate DSAs on their daily sales activitiesTrain & create sales activities for DSAs To recruit DSAs when applicablePromote and acquire commercial customers as new sign-ups to the Astro Service and convert business premises using Astro residential packages to Astro commercial packages subscribersPromote and acquire SMEs customers & key corporate accountConduct field visit and blitz to reach the Potential Commercial Subscribers together with DSAsAchieve monthly revenue & new sign up target for personal and teamHandle customer enquiry and up selling existing commercial customersMonitor customers portfolio and cross selling commercial packages to new and existing customers To make cold calls to selected commercial database for sign up appointment

Requirements
Diploma with minimum 3 years experience in sales of consumer goods or equivalentFluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and other dialectsGood communication skillsGood training, coaching and motivation skillsKnowledge of local market opportunitiesWide contacts with potential business partners and local authoritiesGood knowledge of the local geography
