To manage & support Sales and Marketing Manager on customer service
To monitor and follow up on all customer complaint
To approach new prospect via Phone calls, emails or visits
To select & prepare suitable samples meeting customer’s specification & requirements
Perform Order Processing and prepare any documentation requirements regarding shipments
Communicate with customer on order delivery status and other enquiries
To manage sample request and /or R&D request from customer
Liaise with Account Department to collect payment promptly from customer
Update payment information and prepare internal reference for Account Department
Documentation preparation upon customer request (Certification, Specification Data Sheet, Certificate of Analysis,special documents)
Overseas export shipment arrangement including booking, draft Bill of Lading, preparation of documents to present to customers)
Communicate with Production Department and Inventory & Delivery Department regarding order delivery fulfilment
Salary:MYR 2,500 - 4,000
