Overview of the role
The Sales Manager role is responsible for formulating, developing & implementing effective sales strategies to achieve overall company targets If you are looking for a new challenge and enjoy accountability for targets set, then this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities
Lead, develop and coach sales team towards meeting sales targetsMaintain and update Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systemDevelop and maintain a strong network collaboration between bankers, lawyers and customersWork closely with the marketing team to achieve overall sales targets and to advise on product & pricing development strategiesAchieve quarter and annual targets set by management in consult with the Sales Managers

RequirementsHighly proficient in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia Fluency in Mandarin would be a plus!Ability to communicate effectively and professionallyContinuously manage and monitor sales team performanceTo analyse and provide important feedback of market trends, competitors packages and industry newsTo have at least 3 years experience as a team leader or sales manager in property development/ real estateAbility to forecast accurately monthly, quarterly and yearly sales targetGood understanding of sales techniques and pricing strategiesProficiency in SalesForce CRM would be idealSelf motivated, positive, and ability to deliver results even when the going gets tough
