Job Description

To assist the GM, Sales & Marketing (or Branch Manager depending on country location) in leading the field sales team in achieving the organization’s strategic and business development objectives in relation to sales, revenue and growth targets while also managing and growing revenues in your own allocated portfolio of customersIn addition to staff management, this role will work closely with the GM or Branch Manager in developing and implementing growth strategies and tactical initiativesAchieve personal and group sales targets (locally controlled businesses) as set by the reporting manager on an annual basisEnsure that all requirements of staff management such as recruitment, performance appraisals and training are metCoach the team through bi-monthly team meeting reviews, target setting, support during customer RFQ meetings and other relevant activitiesEnsure that a constant and reliable business opportunities and contacts database is maintained at all timesIdentify and implement process improvements to ensure high efficiency and productivity within the teamCandidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/Administration/Management, Marketing or equivalentRequired language(s) Bahasa Malaysia, EnglishAt least 10 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positionPreferably Managers specializing in Sales - Corporate or equivalentFull-Time position(s) available
