Our client is looking for qualified candidate to fill in the position as Sales Manager :-Job responsibilities :-In cooperation with regional leadership develop and execute a strategy to grow revenue and market share for assigned region.Set clear goals and develop regional sales plans and drive accountability with the sales teamAchieves satisfactory profit/loss ratio and market share in relation to preset standards.Together with regional leadership, direct market channel development activity and coordinate sales distribution by establishing sales territories, quotas, and goals.Develop and maintain working knowledge of CRM system and how it relates to customer sales and product.Gather and maintain information of competitive product offerings and programs.Analyzes and controls expenditures of division to conform to budgetary requirement.Be an effective business partner with other stakeholders, including; Operations, Regional Sales, Regional Finance and HR, Marketing.Geographical coverage to include travel on a regular basis to Singapore, Malaysia, Indonesia, Vietnam, Thailand and Philippines.Overall sales responsibility will include project system sales and maintenance- repair- operating (MRO) spares to existing plants.Product selling responsibility and focus is electric & steam heat tracing systems for pipes, vessels and instrumentation and process electric heaters.Customer profile will typically include end users, contractors and EPC’s in the following industries: Oil & Gas, Refining, Petrochemical, Storage Terminals, Power, Process Plants and Shipbuilding.Requirements :-Total working experience : 15 years minimum. Also 5 years outside sales in SEA region.Experience in heat tracing / process handling products 3 - 5 years.Minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (preferably process, electrical or mechanical) from a reputable university.Strong technical ability. Ability to understand and communicate technology and specifications to customers;Direct contact with major end users and EPC’s.Preferred to have experience in handling distributors & agents in relevant industrial sales in SEA.Proven track record of growing sales in SEA region.Able to travel at least 50-60% of the time within the region as defined.Experience building a high performing team.Verbal and written fluency in English.Experience with the utilization and deployment of CRM tools.Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office programs.Positive, self-sufficient, hands on and practical personality.Confident, self-assured and optimistic about management initiatives and ability to deliver superior results to the business.Position based in Bangsar, KLBasic salary + commission and allowancesInterested candidates, please email your resume + photo to [email protected]
