Job Description

TheSALES REPRESENTATIVE sell products and services over the phone. Manage client accounts and maintain relationships, all through taking and making phone calls. SALES REPRESENTATIVE takes place proactively initiates a call to a prospective customer. These calls can be for existing customers for cross-selling / up-selling new product/service offerings or for new customer acquisition. Build customer trust and rapport, and creating repeat sales.REQUIREMENTS:• Candidate must possess at least SPM• Good command of spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia• Have experience in marketing, sales promoter roles & customer service are desirable• Past working experience in contact/call center is also welcomed• Sales driven/commission driven, target oriented individual• Minimum 2 years’ experience in the area of sales (contact center is an advantage)• Capacity to work under pressure and meet deadlinesResults Driven, Persistence, Go Getter, Time Management, Matured, Passion for Sales, People Management, Professional.
