This role is to manage the following for one of our world renowned client:

Complete a minimum of 35 JIRA tickets dailyReceive inbound phone calls and emailsRespond to all cases in a timely and professional mannerHandle escalated and frustrated customers with empathyMaintain organized tracking of all assigned casesCollaborate with other Team Members to yield results for customersMaintain a minimum of 80% productivity and high QA scoresAverage a minimum of 75 contacts per weekAvid knowledge of customer care policies and proceduresUtilizing problem-solving skills to find timely and effective solutions for customersRequirements:
