Job Description

We are currently expanding our business into cross-border Business-to-Business B2B marketplace service platform and are seeking a suitable qualified candidate for the following positions -Responsibilities To perform administrative and office support activities for Sales team To take the responsibility of updating and maintaining the customer database into salesforce system To follow up on after sales service such as collecting product samples photos documents and other relevant materials for account opening and product listings To assist in acquiring new buyers and suppliers through possible channels To assist buyers and suppliers and rsquo inquiries on business trading processes To educate and provide provisioning and training to the buyers and suppliers on our eCommerce platform To enhance helpdesk process to be in line with company objectives To assist with events and marketing projects as and when applicable To perform ad-hoc duties as and when assign by the superior Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Diploma in Marketing Business Studies Supply Chain Management or equivalent 1-2 years and rsquo experience in sales and marketing customer service or supply chain process of FMCG Industry or e-Commerce platform will be considered a plus Able to communicate in English Bahasa Malaysia Mandarin or any other dialect Enthusiastic and self-motivated
