  • Provide a full rangeof organizational and corporate back end support to the head of department
  • Handle office administrative and secretarial support
  • Handle daily administrative activities that is related to clients and business associates.
  • Make appointments and maintain reporting managers schedule.
  • Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/ O Level, Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diplomain any field.
  • Required language(s):Mandarin, English, Bahasa Malaysia
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Computer literate
  • Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
  • Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Corporate or equivalent.
  • Posses own mode of transportation.
