RESPONSIBILITIES :Undertake account administration for customers assigned by the Company.Enter, update and maintain spares sales orders and related transactions in ERP systemBe responsible for day-to-day administrative support, including preparing of quotations, order processing (inclusive of warranty replacement and billable repairs), obtaining delivery schedule from global factories, tracking on issuing of P.O by customers, tracking of delivery and provide assistance to liaise with Customer and Finance on collection of payment.Interface with order processing teams of other busines units in other sites and countriesAct as back up for administrative support for customers assigned to other Sales Administrators.Prepare weekly, monthly, quarterly and/or yearly reports as required by the Department and Company, eg, Sales Reports, OTD Reports etc.Execute sales process and procedure in compliance with standard process and procedure (incl. support for SarbOx controls) spelt out by the company.Undertake additional tasks and duties, other than sales related, assigned by the Department and/or Company.Any other duties not listed herein could be assisted by the Department Supervisor or HOD from time to time.REQUIREMENT AND QUALIFICATION :Pronounced customer focusMust be able to communicate in English & Mandarin verbally and written as need to liaise with clients in Europe & China.PC knowledge (Microsoft Office); advanced XLS skilles are an added advantage.Experienced in the use of ERP preferrably Oracle5 years’ past experience in Customer Service Support or as a Sales Coordinator.Preferred to be able to start work immediately.Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/ Higher/ Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies/ Administration/ Management, Marketing or equivalent.
