DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESManaging, continues training and seeing to sales team’s developmentManage day-to-day call floor operations and supervises the daily activities of a team Coach, develop and motivate team to maximize team sales results aligned to KPI’sIdentify performance related issues, develop an action plan for improvement and implement corrective actionProvide subject matter expertise in handling escalated sales callsCreate good relationship with team members and motivate them to put their best to work in order to achieve maximum sales targetTo support and enable team member to achieve KPI in productivity ie call target, sale/s revenue target, productivityMonitors and evaluates interactions and workflow to ensure that performance standards and sales target are metResponsible for preparing and delivering sales reportsPerforms call monitoring and provides feedback to telemarketers for improvement
Ability to converse fluently in English and Bahasa MalaysiaSPM /Diploma /Bachelor’s Degree in any fieldMinimum 2 years’ experience in the area of outbound & contact centre (BPO industry)Ability to lead and manage a teamA bottom-line performance-driven personalityGood team building and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate with people at all levelsExcellent training, coaching, analytical and problem-solving skillsCapacity to work under pressure and meet deadlines
