Job Description

The Job...............As part of the Regional IT team, you shall be responsible for the following: Setup/administer, configure, maintain and support application. Administration functions include but are not limited to: user management, configuration, customization, report and dashboard development, and data management. Build, maintain and support various interfaces between and respective other systems such as Eloqua, various ERP systems and etc. Manage operational requests and troubleshoot issues, working with diverse user groups. Rollout changes and enhancements to various business units. Provide support to all application related issues including troubleshooting and debugging of errors arising out of the applications.*5 day work week **Work location: Shah AlamThe Person......................You possess at least 2 years of experience in administration experienceYou are generally a detailed personand have a never give up spirit. Other additional experience such as programming, CRM, etc is a plus factor.
