Job Description

Job Responsibilities:Responsible to ensure overall HR-IS (SAP, Workday) incident tickets Service Level Agreement (SLA) are met and ensure business operation continuity (HR systems and processes)Responsible to ensure Change requests for HR related systems and processes are delivered as promised based on agreed delivery dates.Responsible to ensure high quality of solution and HR related systems and processesCollaborate with other Process function leads within IT Application Management and IT Project Services - Application management to ensure seamless integration across functions and processes and production system take over to Support operations.Business partnering with Business Group users to ensure Business As Usual and ensure zero or minimal business operation impactResponsible for overall HR-IS demand, pipelines and projectsManages and owns the Demand management process for HR-IS related from demand & pipelines to realization as Project.Ensures quality project costings and estimates and collaborates closely with Demand management-DM/Project Management Office -PMO team on managing pipelines and project costingsTeam management of approximate 10 people. Provides support, career development and mentoring of team members.Provides leadership to HR-IS team to ensure high performance teamSupport Operation Lead for annual budget for projects, demands and support operationsProvide support and leadership to ensure group business strategies are executed in quality and value adds to business
Candidate should have a Degree/Diploma in IT/Computer Science, Business, Human Resources or in any discipline from recognized Universities12+ years of SAP HR and/or WorkDay working experience in the related field is required for this position.5+ years of team management and people management experience with good record of people development and team player in a Global MNC companyFamiliar with SAP HR and/or WorkDay functionality and possess excellent HR processes knowledgeCandidate must have completed minimum 5 full cycles of SAP HR or WorkDay project implementation or support role in SAP HR and/or Workday with hands on IMG configurationPossess strong consulting and analytical skillsWell verse in Waterfall or Agile Project methodologyExcellent in both spoken and writen English . Good in spoken and writen Bahasa and Chinese as added advantage.Excellent in communication and able to manage stakeholdersExcellent team player and able to collaborate cross team and towersHave strong entrepreneur mindset and able to work independentlyAble to adapt to changes and in a diverse business environment.
