Job Responsibilities Ability to work independently with multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously Ability to administer correspondences internal and external parties Arrange flights and accommodation for business trips including coordinating and verifying expenditure claims Able to take minutes of meetings Organizing and preparing documents preparation of meeting and board papers reports Perform secretarial and executive level administrative functions and provide general office management to MD such as screening incoming calls and emails handling enquiries and request when appropriate and planning of MD activities To undertake other special assignment ad-hoc functions and related duties specified by the management as and when required Requirements Candidate must possess at least a Professional Certificate Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Secretarial or equivalent Required languages English Bahasa Malaysia At least 3 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Secretarial Executive and Personal Assistant or equivalent Pleasant Personality tactful and has good interpersonal skills Able to maintain high levels of professionalism and confidentiality Good command in both written and oral English Posses own transport Preferably x-cabin crew
