Job Summary:Responsible to support Head of IT, IT Leadership team and DCOO Division by providing clear information and assistant on all aspects of IT departmental roles and accountability.Responsible for oversight of the business and IT relationship. It has the accountability of executing the IT Technology Strategies by aligning IT Operation and Business Strategies.Responsible to help in forecasting IT resource availability in delivering solutions on time based on approved budget.Responsible to define and strategize IT Technology and deliveries to minimize the number of changes to the systems hence improving the stability of the environment.Responsibility of the IT cost and accountability of the IT vendor management.Responsible to oversee the tactical and development of the IT Transformation Program (ITTP)Oversee and manage Service Desk, Identity Access Management, IT Admin and IT PMO unitAssist in IT assurances role to ensure that all processes are followed and ensures IT Stability.Key Accountabilities:Perform supervisory roles including interviewing, hiring, performance appraisal and professional development to manage a team of IT professionals with various position such as middle managements, executives and clerkLead tactical planning and implementation to achieve business goals and technology initiatives strategyCollaborate with the appropriate IT Sections to develop and maintain bank technology strategy planAssist to develop and communicate technology alignment plans to staff as per instruction by managementPermanent member of Change Advisory Board (CAB)CAB review, validate and approved the deployment of system to production which requires full compliance to CAB checklistPlay an advisory role to project/initiative deliveryAct as a PMO to resolve inter Sections/Department issue for project/initiativesManage and monitor bank system access control is provision/deprovision according to policy and SLARequirements:Education :Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or equivalent and relevant industry experiencePRINCE2 OR PMP Certification is an advantageExperience :10 years experience in IT Portfolio management in multiple IT programs or system implementationsExperience in Service Desk, Identity Access Management, Project Delivery experience and IT Vendor ManagementDemonstrated decision making and leadership skills managing teamsComputer Literacy (MS Office, MS Projects, Visio)Has worked in cross functional team.Skills & Competencies :Expected to have excellent time management skillsExpected to have excellent oral and written communication skillsAbility to elicit cooperation from senior management, clients, and other departmentsSelf-starter, able to work under own initiativeHighly organized, highly numerateVisual thinker – will maintain roadmaps and summarize complex information for senior audiencesAble to deal with ambiguity, understand stakeholders’ requirements and develop appropriate
