Candidate must possess at least Secondary School Certificate/SPM, Professional Certificate or equivalent.
Experienced in guest contact or Customer Service environment in a similar position will be considered.
Knowledgable with property safety, first aid and fire and emergency procedures.
Required languages:English and Bahasa Malaysia
At least3 Yearsof working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Pre-opening hotel experience is an added advantage.

Mission / Responsibilities
Manages the operations of the Security Department by ensuring safety and security standards are met and that optimum service is provided to all guests and employees.
Responsible in all matters pertaining to providing, administering and maintaining adequate and effective security and others measures within and surrounding the Hotel.
Demonstrate excellence surveillance and emergency response skills
Conducts and supervises all investigation into reports made on all cases, incidents and accidents and thereafter to submit the investigation report to Management using the correct reporting forms without undue delay.
To supervise emergency drills.
To liaison with police, fire department and other local authorities on matters of vice, crime, death, fire and other matters relevant to the respective authorities or special security measures and requirements for special events or functions.
Familiar with all emergency procedures such as Fire, Power Outrage and Bomb Threat.
Demonstrate awareness of OH&S policies and procedures and ensure all procedures are conducted safely and within OH&S guidelines and ensure your direct reports do the same.
Monitors and co-ordinates work activities by outsourced service provider.
Liaise closely with all departments in matters pertaining to safety & security and to ensure that all employees abide by Hotel rules and regulations.
Attends regular operational meetings and trainings within the department.
