Job Description Responsibilities Proven experience as anoffice administrator office assistantor relevant role To support the managers in Operations and Sales Coordinating office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance to company policies Managing correspondence email letters packages etc and ensure documents are being recorded and distributed accordingly To generate and compile various sales related reports by weekly quarterly and monthly basis Assist in preparing powerpoint slides for internal meeting e g sales meeting and for Business Responsible of organizing all of the administrative activities that facilitate the smooth running of an office controlling correspondence design filing systems reviewing and approving supply requisitions assigning and monitoring clerical functions Support sales ordering process and system administration To communicate and liaise with Customers Governments Agencies GLCs and Corporations at both domestic and international levels Requirements A candidate who is positive self-motivated dynamic self-disciplined and able to work independently Candidate must possess at least a Bachelors Degree Professional Degree in Marketing Business Admin Management or equivalent Qualifications in secretarial business studies will be an advantage Min 3-5 years experience working in a related field Handling a wide range of administrative and executive support related tasks and shall be able to work independently with little or no supervision Must be exceedingly well organized flexible and enjoy the administrative challenges of supporting and officeExcellent knowledge of MS Office and office management software ERP CRM etc Good interpersonal and communication skills Positive attitude and character Hardworking and good work ethics is a must Possesses own transport and willing to travel Fluent in English and Bahasa Melayu Well-presented individual Benefits We offer an attractive salary based on performance and value brought to the company Overtime Travel allowance is providedMedical InsuranceAttractive commission on successful outcomeCan start immediately
