Job Description

The role of Senior Associate Acquisition Marketing and Strategic Partnerships is to drive acquisition of new customers into Astro and rsquo s Pay-TV platform as part of company and rsquo s objective of achieving target subscriber base and revenue The role would require strategic planning of acquisition activities and end-to-end management of all campaigns products and promotions launched into the market Responsibilities Develop and execute strategies for new customer acquisition Greenfield customers to increase Astro and rsquo s Pay-TV household penetration Assist in broad and tactical strategic planning exercises specific to acquiring Greenfield customers as part of annual and quarterly business plan Plan and execute marketing campaigns promotions lead generation activities incentive programs and communication materials designed to achieve short-term and long-term objectives End-to-end campaign management of Greenfield campaigns and products including but not limited to conceptualization financial feasibility study technical and operational readiness marketing and trade communications campaign fulfilment and post-launch trouble-shooting Collaborate with key stakeholders such as Sales Finance Marketing Communications Technology Content Legal and Regulatory Validation and Fulfilment teams for the launch of campaigns promotions products and collateral creation Develop robust and insightful analysis of market trends consumer behaviour past campaigns etc as basis for strategy development and campaign creation Prepare monthly performance report for Greenfield acquisition and NJOI Upgrade including post-campaign analysis of key Greenfield initiatives Continuously scan the market for new and existing direct and non-direct competitors their marketing activities innovations and business models and draft competitive analysis reports on quarterly basis Explore strategic partnership opportunities with renowned brands and craft specialized campaigns with partners with the objective of increasing campaign visibility and achieving gross adds target Requirements Possess at least a Diploma Bachelor s Degree in Business Studies Administration Management Economics Marketing Commerce or equivalent At least 4 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Good analytical skills with flair for strategic planning Preferably Senior Executives specializing in Acquisition Product Marketing or equivalent Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills self-motivated with a desire to achieve goals and targets Proficient in written and spoken English ability to read and write in Chinese will be an added advantage
