Job DescriptionsPrepare and ensure timely completion of monthly full set management accounts Handle day-to-day operations of accounting transactions by key into the system and filling all related documents in an orderly manner Prepare monthly reconciliation of accounts and investigate and resolve discrepancies Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and monitor cashflow Collaborate with each other departments in ensuring to deliver timely and informative reports as well as accuracy of accounting data and improve efficiency Liaise with auditors tax consultants and other regulatory statutory authorities Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned by supervisor Job RequirementsCandidate must possess at least Professional Certificate Diploma Advanced Higher Graduate Diploma Bachelor s Degree Post Graduate Diploma Professional Degree in Finance Accountancy Banking or equivalent At least 2Years of working experience in property development industry Preferably Senior Executive specialized in Finance - General Cost Accounting or equivalent Computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel ACCPAC and IFCA accounting software are added advantage Able to manage timeline to ensure accuracy and efficiency in financial reporting in light of tight schedules Possess good analytical and problem-solving skills Possess positive working attitude and good interpersonal skills with high level of integrity
