Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Support with the rollout and integration of Procurement/CMMS systems with Oracle PeoplesoftConduct reviews with the business teams to identify process efficiencies, improvements and work with IT teams for implementing the samePrepares functional specification documents for new programs or amend existing programs based on the clients requirementsReviews the functional specification documents with the IT developersManage the development and performs testing of new or amended programsAssist with regular data maintenance including master data setup and administering change controlsManage the integration testing of Procurement systems to external systems ie work order systems, ERPs & any other systemsProvides Level 1 systems support with troubleshooting issues, liaising with another system SMEs, third-party vendor teams for performing basic system setup activitiesProvide demonstration and training sessions for internal site staff and clients, when requiredMaintain issue logs and liaise with users at all levels for resolutionsSystem checks and accounting reconciliationsWrite and maintain user documentationMaintain and improve control processes over reconciliations, reporting, operational and other risks

Qualifications

Experience in supporting and maintaining any Procurement and/or ERP system, preferably Oracle Peoplesoft including issue resolutions & system integrationsExperience in configuring SAAS solutions and/or procurement modules within ERP systems (preferably Oracle Peoplesoft) to meet user requirementsSignificant exposure to working within a Procurement/Finance organizationGood knowledge of IT principals - security, databases, networks, software development lifecycle etc The candidate will need this knowledge to liaise with in-house/external IT professionalsVery good knowledge of MS Office products, particularly Excel & Microsoft Visio and basic querying using SQLGood communication & presentation skills, both written and verbal and be able to communicate effectively with stakeholders from all levels in the organization
