The Senior Compensation Analyst will be responsible for supporting our global compensation programs from plan design through implementation along with ongoing administration of policies, programs and processes
Acts as an advisor to Human Resources and all levels of management providing recommendations on compensation matters in support of business goals and ensuring market competitiveness
Works on problems of diverse scope where analysis of data requires evaluation of identifiable factors
Responsible for analytical support, ongoing research, modelling and analysis for base pay and incentive programs
Ensures company compliance with federal and state laws governing both compensation practices
Partners, drives and influences the development and execution of compensation processes and initiatives such as salary structures, job leveling, salary structure movement, salary increase budgets, incentive modelling and plan design
Participates in compensation surveys to analyze the company’s market competitive position
Review proposed salary adjustments for conformance to established guidelines and recommend corrective or alternative actions to resolve compensation-related problems
Partner with the HR Business Partners on the administration of global salary planning, inclusive of merit and RSUs, within the region
Work with HRSS and regional payrolls to ensure changes to employee salaries are promptly and accurately reflected in HRIS and payroll records
May administer both domestic and international programs
May audit job content and help with preparation of job descriptions
Networks with senior internal personnel and within the local HR and Comp & Benefits community to stay up to date on market and best practices in the compensation and benefits arena
Minimum of 5 years of compensation or related experience with a Bachelor's degree OR equivalent direct experience
Experience with global compensation is preferred
Strong influencing, negotiation and listening abilities are required to maintain effective partnerships with a wide variety of contacts
Must have the ability to lead a variety of projects from start to finish, including needs identification and assessment, gap and modeling analysis and solution design and implementation
Advanced skill level in Excel preferred
Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy and strong organizational skills highly preferred
