About The RoleProvide second and third level support for infrastructure services related requests and issues predominately with O365 You will be the final escalation point for Office365 and Microsoft related enquiries Ensure customer service level agreements are met and provide a single point of contact for ownership of escalated incidents and requests Place the customer first at all times by doing what is right for the customer Provide consultancy to business clients regarding availability and functionality of service Pro-actively identify analyze and resolve problems to optimize systems and minimize risk document work-arounds and implement changes as and when required Ensure high levels of system availability capacity reliability data integrity security and performance are maintained Provide technical support for customer fault escalations across multiple technologies including backup storage virtualization and compute Share knowledge amongst the team and provide training where necessaryEscalation as required of cases to internal management and third party vendors Understand and adhere to Change Management policies and procedures for implementing change About YouWe are looking for -Minimum 5 years and rsquo experience supporting the following technologies Office365 Suite Windows Server Active Directory Exchange Skype for Business OneDrive AzureMust have industry certification with one or more of the following MCSE Messaging MCSE Communications MCSA Office 365 Strong English communication skills Solid understanding of Office365 Active Directory Exchange Skype for Business OneDrive and Azure High level of Office365 deployment configuration and administration skills Knowledge on Citrix Commvault PowerShell Automation or Storage and ndash VNX 3PAR would be an advantage Advanced analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise level environments Vendor management skills and strong understanding of SLAs Exposure to ITIL processesInterested candidates can submit resume via jobstreet
