About The RoleProvide second and third level support for infrastructure services related requests and issues predominately with O365You will be the final escalation point for Office365 and Microsoft related enquiriesEnsure customer service level agreements are met and provide a single point of contact for ownership of escalated incidents and requestsPlace the customer first at all times by doing what is right for the customerProvide consultancy to business clients regarding availability and functionality of servicePro-actively identify, analyze and resolve problems to optimize systems and minimize risk, document work-arounds and implement changes as and when requiredEnsure high levels of system availability, capacity, reliability, data integrity, security and performance are maintainedProvide technical support for customer fault escalations across multiple technologies including backup, storage, virtualization and computeShare knowledge amongst the team and provide training where necessaryEscalation as required of cases to internal, management and third party vendorsUnderstand and adhere to Change Management policies and procedures for implementing change

About You

We are looking for-
Minimum 5 years’ experience supporting the following technologies Office365 Suite, Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, OneDrive, AzureMust have industry certification with one or more of the following MCSE Messaging, MCSE Communications, MCSA Office 365Strong English communication skillsSolid understanding of Office365, Active Directory, Exchange, Skype for Business, OneDrive, and AzureHigh level of Office365 deployment, configuration and administration skillsKnowledge on Citrix, Commvault, PowerShell/Automation or Storage – VNX/3PAR would be an advantageAdvanced analytical and troubleshooting skills in enterprise level environmentsVendor management skills and strong understanding of SLAsExposure to ITIL processes
